♡ sending mail ww is strictly monitored and regulated by canada post ;
-> any enveloppe thicker than 3 sheets of paper counts as a parcel and costs a base price of 8cad to mail out. because of this, i will pack little or no freebies :(
-> depending on the postal worker (some are stricter than others), toploaders are sometimes too thick and will get priced like a parcel.
♡ if this happens, here are the options :
